METHOD OF EVALUATION OF STRAIGHTENING OF FIBRES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method is recommended for spinning of cotton, wool, chemical fibres and their mixtures to evaluate structure of belts when preparing them for combing and pneumatic-mechanical spinning. For evaluation of straightening by front and rear ends of fibres sample of belt is set with allowance for exit from machine. One of ends is registered with effort decreasing from outer layers to inner ones. The latter are taken in direction of axis of sample. After this effort of taking of the rest of fibres is measured. By it straightening of fibres is evaluated. Sample of combed or carded belts or belts after belt transitions is subjected to testing. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of method. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
