FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor has immovable vertical axle 1, hollow shaft 2, inclined braces 3, horizontal braces 4, two diagonal braces 5, flaps 6 arranged crosswise. One flap is arranged in supporting channel above other flap by amount equal to one diameter of flap. Each flap is provided with turn stop 7 with holes at the ends and radial plate 8 with hole 9. Attachment of blades 10 to flaps 6 is shifted from center of blades. Hinged on flap are vertical rods connected with hollow shaft by means of inclined and horizontal braces. Rotor is provided with adjusting shock absorbers 14 mounted on stops 13 of blades 10 engageable with flap turn stops. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
