FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of administration of human serum albumin into a central region of salvatory gland of a patient by a depth, equal to 1,5 cm, the albumin is traced by iodine-131 with activity 0,1 mBq and it is diluted in 0,5% -solution of Novocaine up to 0,2 ml; carrying out radiometry of the salvatory gland region at once after the isotope administration, in two, four and in twenty four hours after the administration with use of diagnostical apparatus, providing subsequent graphic registration of the activity levels and calculation of the isotope removal rate. Accelerated rate of the isotope removal corresponds to diagnostics of non-tumor diseases, an decelerated rate - to diagnostics of tumor diseases. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnostics, namely (87-92)% . 1 cl, 2 tbl
