SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound comprising a PSMA-targeted unit and a chelating unit, wherein the PSMA-targeted unit is bonded via a carbon backbone to the chelating unit, and wherein the compound is characterized by the following formula
where X represents either -NH2 or -OH. Also a complex for use in radioligand therapy is proposed that contains the above compound complexed with a radionuclide selected from the group consisting of 212Pb, 212Bi, 213Bi, 225Ac or 227Th, a pharmaceutical composition containing the complex, the use of a pharmaceutical composition, a method for treating a disease characterized by PSMA expression, and kits.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain complex compounds with high radiobiological efficiency to treat a disease characterized by PSMA expression.
