FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic subkeel fairing has composite glass-reinforced envelope divided by acoustic shield 1 into dry chamber 2 and working chamber 3 with foundation 4 for hydroacoustic station 5 mounted in chamber 3. The fairing envelope in the region of working chamber 3 is made in the form of a sound-transmitting laminated stack (glass-plastic-filler-glass-reinforced plastic) where 6 is glass-reinforced plastic, 7 is filler. Working chamber 3 is filled with water being under surplus pressure. At stern portions of the sound-transmitting envelope portside and starboard relative to the axis of foundation 4 for hydroacoustic station 5 filler of the composite envelope is made in the form of a cavity with a system of channels coupled with each other and communicating through pipelines 9-11 respectively with a liquid filling system and air drying system, the number of channels satisfying expression 1≅ N≅ 6 and the channels being disposed with the respect to each other within an angle range of 0-90 degrees. EFFECT: reduced influence of noise produced by screw propellers and other directional noise sources propagating in water medium upon operation of hydroacoustic station at high speeds of ships. 6 dwg
