FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a vertical cylindrical case to which body a gas feed branch pipe is connected, and a mixing member with a vibration drive. The mixing member is made in the form of a vertical bellow shell with a sealed cover on the upper end. The lower end of the bellow shell when a rod is in a rear lower position is pressed to the case bottom shuts the section of the gas feed branch pipe off, and when the rod moves up forms a clearance between the bottom. Oscillations of the bellow shell provide gas feed from the branch pipes and its pulse ingress in a fine-dispersed state into the fluid. EFFECT: intensified mass exchange. 1 dwg
