FIELD: obtaining dispersion systems in liquid mediums. SUBSTANCE: disperser has a vertical box with a central rotary shaft inside. The shaft is provided with a cam engaged with spring-loaded plates. With their one end the plates are pivotally attached to the body and provided with additional plates whose end parts are spring-loaded in the direction of the rotary shaft. The cam is shaped like a disc with radial slots which form radial bulges between one another. These bulges are symmetric about the rotation axis of the disc. With the cam rotating, the spring-loaded plates perform high- amplitude oscillations to generate intensive waves of hydrodynamic pressure which make the liquid whirl and ensure a thin dispersion of the phases composing the whole dispersion system.
