The ends of a cross beam and the ice boat hull are made with fastenings of passed connecting cable which has a turnbuckle. The hinge of a rudder apex is made from an upper stationary disk and a lower rotary disk on which the hinge axle is fastened, the hinge axle is passed through the upper disk and fixed by a locking device.
