To plate 2 is attached rope 4 passing through hole 5 in plate 6 and wound up over rolls 8 and pulley to tracking winch 10. Recess 17 of hull of ship 1 houses panel 14 with holes 15 receiving pipe lines 16 communicating with compressed air source. Rolls 8 and 12 are fastened on panel 14 at an angle of 45 deg to the horizontal. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability. 4 dwg
