SUBSTANCE: platform has body 1 which, in turn, has bearing columns 2 between which on the bottom erection-processing site 5 of the platform is suspended by cables brought in additional single-shaft winch 4 with multisectional drums. The site is made in the form of a buoyancy tank connected to compressor-vacuum stations 14 on the platform by reinforced flexible hoses 8 passed through holes in the platform and brought in hose drums 11 of a servowinch. Bearing columns 2 have horizontal locking devices located on one of the inner sides of these columns in guide planes, the locking devices have retractable hydraulic drives and are engageable with erection-processing site 5.
