FIELD: sailing shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: keels of vessel are connected with ballast wing through wing holder which receives this wing for its forward extension from this holder from vessel CL by means of drive which is provided with bevel gearing whose first bevel gear is secured in lower portion of shaft which is locked in hull of vessel and is located in tight chamber made in one of keels; second gear of bevel gearing is cylindrical bevel gear, outer diameter of taper portion of this gear is lesser than inner diameter of its cylindrical portion which is engaged with horizontal gear rack oriented by ballast wing span; gear rack is flush with wing surface.
