The volume of an outer shell and the pressure of the filling air or gas which density slightly, within 5% differs from the air density are varied depending on the variation of the volume of an inner load carrying shell. The load-carrying system has a variable volume load-carrying shell filled with a lighter-then-air gas, gas supply, gas control and gas pump systems. Moreover, the system has a variable volume outer shell. Cavity 2 formed by outer and load-carrying shells is filled with air or gas which density is slightly, within 5% , differs from the air density.
