FIELD: polymer production, in particular, catalysts synthesis to produce polyurethane. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is produced by mixing oxyethilated urine and alkaline metal salt and carboxylic acid. Oxyethilated urine is produced by treating urine with ethylene oxide at 40 - 90 C temperature, 3 - 8 atm. pressure during 2 to 15 h at ratio equal 1 - 10 of oxide ethylene moles per 1 mole of urine in the presence of water. 0.5 to 35 wt. per cent of alkaline metal salt and carboxylic acid as to the weight of oxyethilated urine is used when mixing.
