FIELD: drilling. SUBSTANCE: joint of drill pipe string has nipple with hemispherical grooves and spherical face, coupler with spherical surface of mouth and half-coupling with hemispherical surface. Nipple and half-coupling form space for positioning of balls over horizontal plane passing through center of spheres of joint. Diameter of balls and diameter of space for their positioning are chosen from relation specified in description of invention.
