FIELD: drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device can be used for drilling incline-directed and horizontal bore-holes. Device has curved nipple with threaded ends. Mounted on nipple through sliding key and slot is spacer bush with bevelled thrust end face. Mounted on threaded ends of nipple are curvilinear adapter and straight adapter. Threads in curvilinear nipple are of taper type and they create threaded connections. Nominal value of interference fit in each threaded connection is more than half of its pitch. Plane of curving of curvilinear nipple and plane of bevel of thrust end face of spacer bush are made interperpendicular, and their angles α^° and β^° are equal to each other. This allows for stepless adjustment of deviation angle γ^°± α^° of device without uncontrolled changing of drilling direction during operation due to creation of guaranteed interference fit in threaded connections.
