FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: cylinder with a piston is positioned above an inductive coil below which a magnet chain is positioned. The inductive coil is connected to output of a voltage converter made of a generator of rectangular pulses with optimal on-off time ratio, first and second inverters, and bridge circuit, which is formed with two pairs of transistors, connected in series. Each pair is an emitter follower. Outputs of the first and the second inverters are connected to bases of the first and the second pairs of the transistor pair of the bridge correspondingly. The inductive coil is connected to a diagonal of the bridge. A DC power source is connected to points of connection of collectors of the transistors. The generator has third and fourth inverters connected in series and a contour connected in parallel to the third inverter. A capacitor is connected in parallel to the third and fourth inverters. The contour has two diodes connected in parallel and toward each other two opposite charge outputs of which are connected to fixed contacts of an alternative resistor whose movable contact is connected to output of the third inverter.
