FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: flat transverse fins 2 of heat-exchange tube carry RLE tubes arranged at an angle to longitudinal plane, and triangular FSR turbulizers disposed parallel with the fluid flow. Said turbulizers are cut from fins and bent off to 90 deg approximately. Their edges grow higher along the fluid flow and towards the heat-exchange tube. Such an arrangement creates longitudinal vortices after turbulizers 4 which produce circulation of boundary layers and improve heat transfer. EFFECT: better functional and operating characteristics. 4 cl, 4 dwg
