FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: renal blood flow is registered at laboratory animals. Diuretics and electrolyte concentration in blood and urine are estimated. In this case oxygen content in arterial and venous blood is determined, consumption of oxygen by renal is calculated and coefficient of ratio sodium reabsorption by nephrocytes and consumption of oxygen by nephrocytes is determined. Then pharmaceutical preparations activated renal functions ( e. g. glucose, insulin, nicotinamide, potassium ) are injected. In 40 min mentioned above examinations are repeated and if previously determined coefficient is increased by 19 % and more then functional oliguria is diagnosed, if it is legs then acute renal insufficiency takes place. With the help of proposed method it is available to make differential diagnosis within first 2-3 h of postschemia period. EFFECT: enables diagnosis in early period. 3 tbl
