FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating renal and prerenal properties of kidney injuries, central and peripheral hemodynamics indices and infectious toxicosis degree in pre- and postoperative period. Kidney function and central and peripheral hemodynamic disorders being observed, II-III order infectious toxicosis being detected, crystalloid preparation are applied. 0.5% dopamine solution at a dose of 3-20 mcg/kg of body mass per min and newly frozen plasma at a dose of 15- 30 ml/kg per day. The value of the mentioned indices being in norm, polycrystalloid preparations only are introduced. Pre-operative period is prolonged as long as possible to reach the most full restoration of kidney functions.
