FIELD: aerial equipment. SUBSTANCE: aerial has exciter of surface wave, directing structure supporting lowest wave of E type and irregularities located on directing structure along straight lines orthogonal to exciter of surface wave with uniform spacing λ=λsw, where λsw is length of lowest surface wave of E type on both sides of surface wave exciter. Electric lateral dimensions of irregularities are chosen different, smoothly increasing with distance from surface wave exciter to periphery of aerial in accordance to any monotonic law with small second derivative as compared with λo, where λo is working length of wave up to value approximately equal to resonance one. With fabrication of surface wave exciter with symmetric (asymmetric) excitation distances from it to nearest irregularities located on both sides of exciter are chosen different by λsw/2 (identical). Edges of directing structure not bordering irregularities are made metallized and distances from them to nearest irregularities are chosen equal to λsw/2. EFFECT: improved TV receiving systems. 5 cl, 7 dwg
