SUBSTANCE: device is a spatial magnetic circuit of the toroidal coil type with orthogonal magnetic fields. This device uses the same magnetic circuit for two transformers whose primary windings are connected in parallel, and the secondary ones - in series. The first transformer has a flat external characteristic, and the second transformer - a drooping external characteristic. Varying the number of turns of the secondary windings it is possible to obtain the necessary external characteristic and strength of the short-circuit current. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 dwg
