FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchangers, in particular for radiators of cooling system of internal combustion engines. Internal combustion engine cooling system radiator comprises inlet and outlet headers from heat-resistant glass-filled polyamide with bottoms of sheet steel with anticorrosion coating. In bottoms of fixed ends of the aluminium tubes, fixed by burnishing cavities tubes staggered in two rows in lamellae. Segments are arranged with pitch 1.2-1.5 mm and are made by sheet stamping of aluminium foil thickness 0.06-0.09 mm with formation of flanging. Bottoms are fixed on reservoirs by rolling jagged edges heads. Collectors are equipped with at least one threaded plug from heat-resistant glass-filled polyamide for temperature sensor and l-shaped retainers with inclined guides for mounting casing cooling fan. Said retainers are arranged at least one at each collector and made integral with it.
EFFECT: invention provides increased durability of the radiator.
