FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal governor has centrifugal sensor with crosshead 3 and thrust disk 4. Crosshead 3 has screw face surfaces 5 with projections 6 and valleys 7 mated through flat guide surfaces 8. Thrust disk 4 has screw face surfaces 9 with projections 10 and valleys 11 mated through flat guide surfaces 12. Clearances 13 between projections 6 and 10 and valleys 7 and 11 accommodate ball-shaped flyweights 14. Thrust disk 4 engages with governor main lever through sleeve. Main lever is coupled through tie-rod with fuel injection pump control rack. Sleeve is loaded by variable-speed spring which has thrust plate engaging with control lever.
