FIELD: correctional pedagogy; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to correctional pedagogy and medicine, namely, to rehabilitation, neurology, pediatrics, neuropsychology, neurodefectology psychology, defectology, neurophysiology, speech therapy, adaptive physical culture and can be used in the rehabilitation of children from 3 years old with cognitive impairments and/or disorders of the musculoskeletal system. For this, classes are carried out in a wind tunnel. On the 1st day of rehabilitation for independently moving children, the first approach is given by the instructor to demonstrate the skills of flying in a wind tunnel, the instructor's game (I) with a rehabilitator (R) in a wind tunnel for 3 minutes. They take a break for 15 minutes, then on the second run in the wind tunnel they perform 3 basic exercises to adapt the child in the flow according to the principle "from simple to difficult". At the same time, after completing each exercise, the setting reflex and oculomotor reactions are controlled by laying (P) in a wind tunnel in front of the instructor (I) on the stomach, gripping the forearms (I) raises (P) in the horizontal plane to the level of their eyes, noting the fixation of the gaze and position of the head relative to the body (P) in space. For children who do not move independently, they perform six exercises that (I) chooses, perform them in 2 runs of 3 minutes each with a break between runs of 15 minutes. In each run, three exercises are performed, each exercise is performed for 1 minute with the control of the setting reflex and oculomotor reactions after each exercise. From the second day, each subsequent lesson for independently moving children and children who do not move independently includes the implementation of six exercises, which are selected (I) with the control of the setting reflex and oculomotor reactions after each exercise. In one lesson, 2 sets of 3 minutes each are carried out with a break between sets of 15 minutes, three exercises are performed in each run, each exercise is performed within 1 minute, in total, 12 classes are carried out during the course of rehabilitation for 12 days in a row with a break of one day after 6 days.
EFFECT: method provides the rehabilitation of various lost or not formed motor skills and the launch of the cognitive development of rehabilitants due to the impact of the flow on the child's body, which allows the redistribution of muscle tone, which destroys incorrectly formed, stereotypical muscle tensions, as well as due to cerebellar stimulation, which significantly improves the ability to training, perception and processing of information.
