SUBSTANCE: capron filament only once is led percutaneously through proximal end of tendon, and further on, along side surfaces of calcaneus to heal region in two points and fixation of ligature to spacer; suture being removable. EFFECT: reduced injury of tissues due to puncture of skin and decreased formation of cicatrixes between tendon and soft tissues; reduced postoperative complications.
