FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by two-stepped extraction. On the first step velvet antlers are extracted by 96% ethyl alcohol being acidified with 0.1% acetic acid at ratio 1: 4, the process takes place at boiling point 70-75 C within 6 h. On the second step velvet antlers are extracted by 70% ethyl alcohol being acidified with 0.1 acetic acid, the process is carried out three times each prolongs 6 h. Then combined extract is cooled to (-10)-(-40) C and settled at mentioned above temperature within 48-120 h. The process is followed by concentration with the help of extragent distillation under vacuum till ratio extragent: extragtable substance is 1: 1 or till volume is brought up to 1: 10. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
