SUBSTANCE: balsam ingredients composition contains in kg/1000 dhal of end product: Reindeer unossified antlers as an extract obtained by ultrasound extraction 10-15, table salt 14-16, sugar 2700-3000, citric acid 12-14, oak bark 25-45, thymes grass 11-15, cranberry leaves 15-35, swamp ledum sprouts 15-35, tansy inflorescences 50-75, shelf fungus 20-25, common agrimony grass 5-7, yellow everlasting flowers 8-10, wild camomile flowers 20-30, old-man-peppers 3-5, peppermint leaves 3-5, coriander fruits 3-5, aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. This provides increased balsam tonic and anti-inflammatory properties due to enrichment with biologically active substances.
EFFECT: end product is a clear liquid of brownish colour with spicy aroma, balanced slightly acidic taste with bitterness and slightly perceptible apricot aftertaste.
