FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two variants of gas-discharge electrodes are proposed. Electrode cylinder consists of cylindrical and disc-shaped parts. The latter has flat operating surface and hollow projections, some which from comb designed to render effect on hairy part of head. At least one projection is intended for localized effect. Electrode allows performance of reflexotherapeutic procedure of regional effect, scalpotherapy, acupuncture, and physiotherapeutic treatment of otic and nasal cavities.
