FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: islet cells of newborn piglets pancreas are transplanted to patient. Before and after this operation antihistaminic preparations are injected. Additionally area of transplant is affected with ultrasound having frequency 0.880 MHz and intensity 0,3-0,4 W/cm2. The latter process is carried out since the second day after operation within 5-7 days. EFFECT: prevents rejection of transplant, improves its functioning.
