SUBSTANCE: one should implant cells of human benign insulinoma into pancreatic caudal tissue in diabetes mellitus-suffering patient. Before implantation one should conduct standardization of cell culture by the debit of synthesized insulin. The method provides decreased dosage of applied exogenous insulin in case of achieving normal values of glycemia in patients.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
