FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: reloading complex has water chamber with dead-end, reloading and entry sections for receiving ships. Reloading section is covered with shed. Hover lighters are unloaded from ship through hatch and reloaded onto flat-cars with the aid of overhead cranes mounted on chamber walls. Flat-cars are positioned on rail tracks secured on consoles of chamber walls above side decks of ship and are moved by electric locomotives located under cars between their wheels. To ensure operation in winter heating pipes are laid along water chamber walls. Ship is led into water chamber until it thrusts against shock absorber and is lifted by feeding working medium into space formed by water chamber and resilient partition positioned under ship until it thrusts against shock absorbers of consoles. After that lift stop sensor operates and reloading of lighters is started. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 9 dwg
