FIELD: hoisting devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves fastening free end of cable of a winch secured on crosshead with load to building structure at a point located higher than the point of load delivery, and transporting said load by winch. Method further involves fixing baffle plates in the middle of handrails, passing cable between said baffle plates before fixing it on the building structure, suspending load from one end of crosshead, then counterbalancing said load by fixing counterweight to the other end of crosshead and carrying crosshead with load through one span of the flight of steps. Then crosshead with load is turned relative to cable and moved between flight of steps and handrails. Then crosshead with load is again transported to the next span of the flight of steps. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
