FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lifter comprises the pivoted ramp articulated with stair flight handrails. Said ramp consists of tracks for lifter to run on and ramp guide mounted between tracks for guide cable to move therein manual displacement of cargo cable with hook from lifter to slinging point. Cable guide consists of upper and lower parts, upper part being placed at lower part on horizontal hinge. In lifting, cable guide extends to top working position and is locked by thrust at ramp guide at bar turn about its axis. Said bar can set the thrust and lock the ramp at stationary position at handrails from top and bottom horizontal stair flights. Slinging element is arranged at cable guide top end. Lifter is equipped with crossbar connected with the frame and manual lever-type winch with said cable provided with hook at its end to engage with said slinging element.
EFFECT: lifting over stair steps without assistance.
