FIELD: devices for emergency evacuation; fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of firefighting equipment designing and operating for life support of residing and working on high floors of buildings under extreme fire conditions. Device for emergency evacuation of people from high-rise buildings forms a staircase with exit from each floor into a smoke-free external air zone, located along building facade and comprising a frame made of U-channels, inside which there is a ring with support rollers arranged along its circumference, wherein the ladder carcass consists of four parts: a central frame, a lateral left frame, a right lateral frame, closing frames, made with possibility of screwing together after transportation; wherein support rollers are located on support sheet installed on building board, and rest on inner surface of holes of sheets welded to frame; wherein frame is connected to intermediate platform through upper span and pantograph, which during transformation is converted into two power trusses, providing horizontal direction of intermediate platform, and direction of steps of lower span is set by two folding rods, consisting of upper and lower parts, at that, upper parts of rods are attached to frame, and lower parts of rods to bottom of lower span; wherein the ladder enclosures have counterweights and are configured to automatically lift the retainers operated from the pneumatic actuators after cleaning, wherein fixation of enclosures in vertical position is carried out using bars, falling under their weight; barriers between posts are filled with runners made of sheet profile with stiffness ribs; enclosure of intermediate platform is provided with three independent from each other guards - left, right and rear, with left enclosure is composite and is made of two parts connected to each other; in horizontal position ladder retains upper and lower rollers creating pair of forces; in addition, turn and stop of ladder are provided by means of starting and braking loads, which are connected to frame by means of groups of cables, connectors of cables moving along guides; launching cargo is divided into main and bearing parts after making the turn; wherein the device comprises a latch to stop the main portion of the launching load at the top dead center; as well as a central retainer falling out of the frame after rotation and providing stall stop perpendicular to the initial position together with the braking weight.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of stationary, compact arrangement of device inside building along facade of building on each floor.
