FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifters to be used in residential buildings, pedestrian subways, shops, etc, for transfer of invalids and seniors. Proposed lifter comprises cargo platform with vertical bearing wall, swing platform and handrail arranged to displace in guides secured to stair flight wall and spaced apart over height, with lengthwise cutout in top guide, and cargo platform drive. Rectangular cross-section tube and metal plate are used as said guides. Platform vertical bearing wall is mounted at bearing tube with the help of bottom two rolling bearings and side rolling bearings. Platform wall bottom part rolls via bearing over metal plate. Tube accommodates closed chain connected with said vertical wall. Control boards are located at top points of lift at stair flight wall and at platform wall.
EFFECT: better manufacturability, simplified installation, lower costs.
