FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has a hydraulic turbine which outlet is connected to the sump of a device for separating water from combustion products. The turbine inlet is connected to a pipeline along which steam-gas engines with combustion chambers are positioned. Each combustion chamber is made in the form of three interconnected spherical cavities connected to fuel and water-carbon emulsion feed devices, and also to a compressed air chamber positioned to embrace two first down the flow cavities. The outlet of each steam-gas engine is made in the form of a cone chamber with water feed injectors and a bent branch pipe on the end. The branch pipe is positioned inside the pipeline with the bent end oriented down the working medium flow. EFFECT: improved structure. 5 dwg
