FIELD: power generation. SUBSTANCE: plant has control system, oxygen station, heat-transfer apparatuses, and electric generators with rotary engines; engine combustion chamber communicates through pipe connection with oxygen station pipeline and through other pipe connection, with first heat-transfer apparatus which is connected through first pipe connection to heat line, through second one, to compressor, and through third connection, to user. Stator of each engine has door that closes combustion chamber ports, slides over rotor surface, and separates expansion chamber from exhaust-gas chamber. Ends of door axle carry levers whose rollers slide over template. First heat- transfer apparatus may be made in the form of engine exhaust pipe. EFFECT: improved efficiency and capacity of plant; reduced emission of pollutants; reduced cost of generated electricity. 4 cl, 6 dwg
