FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat exchange tube has insert 1 which, in turn, has two identical parts each of which has shell members 4 and 5 in the form of a truncated cone. The shell members are interconnected by large and small bases 6 and 7, respectively, to form converging-diverging sections of different length between the insert and the tube. Two rigidly interconnected bands are longitudinally mounted in the tube cavity. Bases 6 and 7 of one part of the insert are displaced relative to matching bases 6 and 7 of the other insert. End sections 10 and 11 of both bands adjacent to the inner surface of the tube have rectangular cuts 12 located in the zone of the diffuser section between one part and the tube. The cut length is equal to the length of this section. EFFECT: improved structure. 3 dwg
