FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: element has tube 1 with cross ribs 2 and grooves on the outer surface. Chute 4 is located over pipe 1, the chute has wide upper stage 5 and more narrow lower stage 6 which height exceeds the height of the ribs of tube 1, and end partitions and intermediate partitions 8 which height less than that of sides 9 of chute 4. Longitudinal slot 10 is made in the upper part of tube 1, lower stage 6 of chute 4 is fastened in slot 10. Intermediate partitions 8 are located in the plane of ribs 2 of tube 1. Holes 11 are made on the section of upper stage 5 of chute 4 adjacent to lower stage 6, the holes communicate the cavity of chute 4 with the grooves of tube 1 located between intermediate partitions 8. Longitudinal projections may be made on outer side surfaces of lower stage 6 of chute 4 on the section above ribs 2 of tube 1. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 cl, 4 dwg
