FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: tube is corrugated to form inner longitudinal and outer ribs 5 and 1, and is provided with lateral rings 6 spaced vertically equidistantly to engage by inner surfaces with tops of ribs 1. Tops of some of ribs 1 are rigidly connected to rings 6, whereas upper edge 4 of overhang 2 has a shape corresponding to the shape of ribs 1 to form blades 8 of a size not exceeding half the height of ribs 1. Each blade 8 is located between adjacent ribs 1 to be spaced therefrom at a distance increasing from periphery to the center. Inner surface of each ring can be cylindrical with a radius smaller than the outer radius of the tube to a value exceeding half the height of ribs 1, and has grooves of a shape corresponding to the shape of tops 7 of ribs 1.
