FIELD: heat exchange apparatus. SUBSTANCE: arranged inside heat exchange tube is insert 2 made in form of coaxial truncated cones with similar thickness of wall in each section which are mounted in spaced relation to the wall of tube 1. Adjoining end of larger base 4 is ring 5 of respective diameter and distance members 6 are located symmetrically in clearance between ring 5 and inner wall of tube 1 in contact with it. Adjoining lesser base 7 of each cone 3 is ring 8 whose diameter is equal to diameter of this base with pointed free edges 9. Walls of cone 9 are provided with slotted cuts 11 which are equally spaced. Located along axis of the tube is rod 11 rigidly secured to inner walls of rings 8; distance members 6 are made in form of projections on outer surface of ring 5 of larger diameter.
