SUBSTANCE: blood serum sample was incubated with isotope-labelled reagent specifically interacting with α-protein to produce complexes, isolate reagent not bonded in complexes and calculate amount of radioactive fraction containing complexes. For simplicity's sake, labelled extradiol taken in concentration of 60 nm was used as specific reagent and nonbonded extradiol was isolated during 5 to 10 minutes.
