FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, biotechnology and medicine, in particular, to analytical biochemistry, immunochemical analysis and diagnostic agents for oncology, and concerns a multi-parameter diagnostic test system that is intended for detecting and monitoring therapy of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. System is a kit of reagents, including a biological microchip (biochip) for simultaneous determination of concentration of several tumor-associated antigens: alpha fetoprotein, HCG, oncodevelopmental antigen CA125, CA15-3 and CA19-9 in a human blood serum sample set of calibration samples in a lyophilized form, made on the basis of stabilized pooled donor blood serum and consisting of several calibration samples that simultaneously contain all analyzed tumor markers, and a zero calibration sample that does not contain any of the above markers; it is a stabilized pooled blood serum of healthy donors that is absorbed on affine sorbents. System also includes a displaying system, set of buffer solutions and an instruction for carrying-out analysis.
EFFECT: offered test system can be used to detecting the most common forms of oncological diseases of female reproductive system, in particular breast cancer and ovarian cancer, including early stages of tumor formation; for screening of population as well as for monitoring the effectiveness of therapy.
