FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for manual welding of low-alloy pearlite steels, particularly, those of grades "10ГН2МФА", "15Х2НМФА", "15Х2НМФАА", "15ХX3НМА", and "15Х3НФАА", operated at temperatures of up to 350°C. Electrode comprises low-alloy steel coated rod. Coat comprises the following components in wt %: marble - 35-40, blue john - 12-17, rutile concentrate - 10-16, titanium dioxide - 3-5, ferrosilicon - 4-7, ferrotitanium - 5-7, manganese - 3-7, graphite - 0.1-0.3, hematite - 1.0-3.0, mica - 1.0-3.0, plasticiser - 1.0-3.0, iron powder making the rest. Relation between graphite content and total content of hematite and mica makes 0.02-0.10. Electrode rod may be made from, for example, "Св-10ГН1МА"-grade wire. Electrode rod coat plasticiser may contain, for example, potash.
EFFECT: higher strength and elasticity at up to 350°C.
