FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product - derivative of thiazole of the general formula I given in description, where R₁ - hydrogen or lower alkyl-group; R₂ - hydrogen, lower alkyl-group; R₃ - phenyl, which can be substituted with halogen, hydroxy-group, lower alkoxy-group, nitro-group, amino-group or methanesulfonylamino-group, or pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, imidazolyl, thiadiazolyl or tetrazolyl, each of which can be substituted with lower alkyl-group, amino-, hydroxy- or haloid(lower)alkyl-group; 1 is a whole number 0 or 1, m is a whole number 0, 1 or 2, or its salts with haloid acid. Reagent 1: compound of the general formula II given in description, where R₁, R₂, l - as indicated above; X - halogen or its salts. Reagent 2: compound of the general formula III R₃SH, where R₃ as indicated above. It is possible the following oxidation or deacylation of compounds of the general formula I for conversion each to other. Synthesized compounds are used in medicine.
