FIELD: electrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: a piece is processed in alkaline electrolyte by different polarity pulses of current of up to 1 Khz frequency, relative pulse duration from 2 to 10, up to 1000 V amplitude. Temperature of the alkaline electrolyte is about 90 C. EFFECT: method provides for production of hard coating surfaces, resistible to friction.
