SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrochemistry. According to the invention electrochemical change stimulation technique provides pulse action formed by unidirectional pulse generator within 3 to 3000 kHz equipped with loop emitter connected within acoustic control area. Loop emitter installed in electrolyte medium is electrically and chemically isolated from object.
EFFECT: technique simplification, as well as higher efficiency of power consumption.
