FIELD: pulp-making process. SUBSTANCE: pulping process includes the steps of charging chip raw material to a pulp digester, feeding sodium base sulfite liquor into the digester to set hydraulic pressure inside of it between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa, seasoning the resulting wood pulp at pressure of 0.5-0.8 MPa for 20 -30 min. with subsequent release of pressure up to 0.25-0.30 MPa and rising of temperature in the digester, seasoning the wood pulp at a temperature of 120-125, rising temperature inside the digester to the final point between 152 and 156 C followed by cooking the resulting chemical wood pulp at the same temperature range to obtain the end product, with cooking liquor used sulfite liquor containing 1.50-2.45 % by weight of Na2O, pH 2.1-2.4. EFFECT: increased pulp quality, shorter pulp-making process. 1 tbl
