FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has sensitive element made in form of flexible ring with resistance strain gauges, bearing rods and output signal recorder. Device is provided with appliance for preliminary tension of sensitive element which is made in form of frame with two holes: one hole has micrometer thread and other hole is plain; these holes are provided in diametrically opposite jumpers of frame. By means of these holes, frame is engageable with two detachable bearing rods provided with ball end-pieces which are rigidly connected with flexible ring in diametrically opposite points. Connecting members are made in form of micrometer screw at one rod and in form of screw head at other rod. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
