FIELD: physics; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic measurements, in particular, to nondestructive magnetic testing of dynamic parameters of ferromagnetic products used in various fields and subject to dynamic mechanical loads during operation. The task being solved is non-contact nondestructive magnetic testing of dynamic parameters of ferromagnetic products as well as non-ferromagnetic products with ferromagnetic film coating and/or parts thereof in a wide range of severity, duration and frequency parameters of external dynamic mechanical loads. Elastic vibrations are generated in the tested product and/or part thereof in directions normal to the tested item surfaces, variable magnetic field strength emission is measured in the form of response signals. Measurements are carried out at a distance exceeding peak vibration amplitudes in the excitation frequency range from the tested item surface. Threshold sensitivity of measurements is determined according to the following formulae.
EFFECT: non-contact nondestructive magnetic testing of dynamic parameters of ferromagnetic products as well as non-ferromagnetic products with ferromagnetic film coating and/or parts thereof in a wide range of severity, duration and frequency parameters of external dynamic mechanical loads.
